We will gladly accept the return of products for exchange that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship  upon receiving an email to [email protected] within 7 days of you receiving your package.  Once we email you your return number, you must mail the package within 2 business days.  

If you need to exchange for a different size or color, simply contact us using the above instructions, and we will mail the updated size.  Please note that we will charge a reduced shipping rate for the mailing of the new product.
